Step 1:
Harnessing
upAfter completing the waiver of liability in the office, you will be harnessed up and trained by an USPA licensed Instructor.

Step 2:
the plane
rideAfter the 15 minutes of training, you will walk out to the airplane with your assigned instructor. The plane ride will take up to 15 minutes.

Step 3:
Getting
ready to jumpAs you are enjoying the views of Cape Cod, you will kneel up and your harness will be strapped to the instructor's parachute harness.

Step 4:
Exiting
the aircraftYour instructor will talk you through the exiting procedure. "Right foot out on the step, hold your harness, turn to the right, smile and..."

Step 5:
Free Fall and
body positionImmediately after leaving the plane, you will tuck both feet up behind you and arch up like a banana.

Step 6:
Under the
parachuteAfter about 45 seconds of free Fall your chute will be opened. We will then talk you through readjusting your harness.

Step 7:
Landing
procedureWhen getting close to the ground, you will be asked to lift your feet up, allowing the instructor to touch the ground first.
